FOX & PATTON ADVISOR is run by partners Domenico Bracone and Salvatore Bommarito, both of whom have worked in Credit Risk Management since 1978.

They started Kosmos plc in Milano in 1978, followed by Dun & Brudsreet Kosmos plc. In 1990 started a new experience in Eurinform Italia ltd in Milano and in 1996 they founded Fox & Parker ltd in Torino.

In 2001 they founded CO.E.RI. ltd, which in 2011 went on to merge with Kosmos plc to become CO.E.RI.KOSMOS LTD, specialized in Credit Collection Management and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
In April 2016 CO.E.RI.KOSMOS LTD obtained official recognition from ACCREDIA (MISE) for the world’s first Credit Risk Management Certification Scheme, known as CRMS FP 07:2015.

At the same time CO.E.RI.KOSMOS LTD, together with the AICQ SICEV Certification Institute, opened Italy’s first national register for the certification of Credit Risk Managers, Credit Risk Auditors and Credit Risk Specialists, with European recognition.

A Revolution in the Credit Risk Management Sector.

On August 31, 2016 Fox & Parker sold its Business Information division to Cerved Group, and released the Investigazioni Italia Division.

Following a short period at Cerved Group, in 2018 the two partners undertook a process of reorganization of Fox & Parker srl, initially acquiring the Credit Collection division from CO+K srl. The company then changed its name to Fox & Patton Advisor and opened a new division: Business Intelligence and Consulting, which comes under the umbrella of Credit Risk Management and business risks in general.
